Yes!  Combine 1-1½ tablespoons AmeriMist™, 1¼ cup warm water and 1 tablespoon vinegar in a small bowl and submerge your hardboiled egg.  The longer the egg sits in the dye, the deeper the color will be.  More or less AmeriMist™ will change the color, too.  Experiment and have fun!

(Note: Vinegar helps to set the ideal pH for dying Easter eggs—pH 4.  Lemon juice can be used instead of vinegar, provided you maintain a pH of 4. Inexpensive pH strips will help you dial in the perfect pH, but usually aren’t necessary.)

There are no animal products in our food color. There are powdered egg whites in our Meringue Powder.
